CV review and shortlisting

Candidate Screening call

We conduct a structured screening call to understand your background, experience, and career aspirations in detail. This conversation also helps us assess your alignment with the role and gives you an opportunity to learn more about Brightbrill and our work culture.

F2F Interview on Technical (Round 1)

The first face-to-face technical interview focuses on assessing your core technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience relevant to the role. This round involves detailed discussions on projects, technologies, and real-world challenges to evaluate your expertise and approach.

F2F Interview Next Level (Round 2)

The second face-to-face interview is a more advanced technical round designed to evaluate your deeper expertise, system design thinking, and ability to handle complex real-world scenarios. This round also assesses your problem-solving approach, architectural knowledge, and how well you fit into our technical team culture.

HR (Round 3)

The HR round focuses on understanding your overall personality, career aspirations, and cultural fit within the Brightbrill team. This conversation also covers compensation expectations, notice period, and other important aspects to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial joining process.

Issue Offer letter

Upon successful completion of all interview rounds, we promptly prepare and issue a formal offer letter outlining the role, compensation, benefits, and joining details. Our HR team ensures the entire process is transparent, smooth, and respectful of your time and decision-making.
